Delivery Policy

1. Subscription Services
a. Service Access: Upon successful payment of your subscription fee, you will gain immediate access to the services provided by Bob’s Keywords.
b. Subscription Types: We offer both monthly and yearly subscription plans. The terms of your subscription, including the billing cycle and renewal details, will be outlined during the subscription process.
2. Subscription Process
a. Payment: When you select a subscription plan and provide the necessary payment information, your payment will be processed immediately.
b. Account Setup: Upon successful payment, your account will be set up accordingly to the plan you selected.
b.1. The Basic Plan will give you the ability to process 100,000 rows of your Search Query Reports and Organic Searches Reports per month. Once you reach your limit, you won’t be able to process more reports on that month, except you migrate to another Plan that allows more rows processing.
b.2. The Pro Plan will give you the ability to process 250,000 rows of your Search Query Reports and Organic Searches Reports per month. Once you reach your limit, you won’t be able to process more reports on that month, except you migrate to another Plan that allows more rows processing.
b.3. The Enterprise Plan will give you the ability to process 750,000 rows of your Search Query Reports and Organic Searches Reports per month. Once you reach your limit, you won’t be able to process more reports on that month. If you need to process more rows, please contact us to discuss it.
3. Continuous Access
a. As long as your subscription is active and in good standing, you will continue to have uninterrupted access to our services.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
a. Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
b. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for subscription fees that have already been processed. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
5. Customer Support
a. Our customer support team is available to assist you with any technical issues or inquiries related to your subscription and service usage.

6. Changes to Subscription

No Refunds Policy

b. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for subscription charges that have already been processed. This includes both unused portions of the subscription period and instances where you decide to cancel your subscription before the end of the billing cycle. All subscription fees are non-refundable.
c. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for the remaining portion of the subscription period after cancellation. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not renew.
2. Free Plan
Our free plan offers a limited set of features at no cost to you. By activating the free plan, you agree to the following terms:
a. No Refunds: Since the free plan does not involve any monetary transactions, no refunds are applicable.
3. Updates to the Policy
