Bob’s Keywords – Quick Guide
Thanks for your interest in using Bob’s Keywords. Here we present you a quick introductory guide with the basic steps you need to follow to start using our product.
Some of the instructions in this guide (the ones to extract data) refer to Google Ads and Google Analytics only. The instructions in this guide will usually contain links to other pages with more detailed information.
1. Create your account
To create an account, simply go to app.bobskeywords.com and click on the Register option.

2. Extract your Pay Per Click data
Bob’s Keywords does not connect directly to your Ads Accounts, and you need to extract your data manually for now. We expect to add options to connect directly to your Ads platform in the future. If you’re using Google Ads, we recommend extracting your data using the methods described below (they are pretty simple).
Before extracting your data, your Google Ads and Google Analytics accounts need to be linked. If you haven’t done it yet, please refer to this page for instructions on linking both accounts.
Bob’s Keywords works on top of your data to give you the most accurate Negative Keywords suggestions. What data you will bring:
- Your Search Query Report (required)
- Your Organic Searches Report
- Your Keywords/Bidding Terms List
- Your current Negative Keywords List
